Jeep safari Tour Package to Garhwal Hills

Jeep Safari Tour Package to garhwal Hills is a Jeep Safari trip which will take you to many of the towns and villages of the Himalayan Region. The Duration will be 13 days and the destinations covered will be Rishikesh, Auli, Badrinath, Chopta, Gangotri and Mussoorie. The accommodations will be hotels and lodges as well as Caps and tents at some places.

Day 1 - Arrival at Delhi
As soon as you arrive either at Delhi railway station or at the Indira Gandhi Airport you will be picked up and taken to the hotel and check you in for the night stay.

Day 2 - Delhi to Rishikesh
In the morning you will be taking a train to Haridwar the gateway to the Chardham and later drive to Rishikesh. On reaching Rishikesh you will be checked in at the hotel. After lunch you will be taken for sight seeing you can visit temples, Ashrams, Yoga centers, Ram and Lakshman Jhulas, the largest suspended bridge in India. The night stay will be at the hotel.

Day 3 - Rishikesh – Auli
In the morning you will drive by jeep from Rishikesh to Joshimath, the trip will take about 8 hours, along the Ganga and the Alaknanda rivers. Later go for a ride in the Cable car to Auli Ski Resort. Night stay at Auli tourist bungalow

Day 4 - Auli to Tapovan
You will drive from Auli to tapovan and then drive to Reni. Later return back to Auli and stay the night there.

Day 5 - Auli, Joshimath and Badrinath
You will drive to Badrinath in the morning which will take about 2 hours and at an altitude of about 6597 metersabove sea level. Later visit Badrinath and drive back to Auli via Joshimath. stay the night at Auli / Joshimath.



Day 6 - Auli, Doggalbitta
You will drive from Auli via Joshimath to Doggalbitta and the trip wil take about 4 hours. This is placed at an altitude of 2347 meters and is an high altitude alpine meadow. You will be staying the night in a camp at Doggalbitta for the night.

Day 7 - Doggalbitta, Chopta
Yo will drive to Chopta and then a hike to Tungnath Temple at an altitude of 3680 meters. You can see Panch Chowli, Nanda Devi, Kedarnath, back to Doggabitta camp for the night stay.

Day 8 - Dogalbitta – Uttarkashi
You will drive from Doggalbitta for about 8 hours to Uttarkashi which islocated on the banks of the Bhagirathi. Overnight stay will be at a guest house in Uttarkashi.



Day 9 - Uttarkashi – Gangotri
In the morning drive for a 97 kilometers trip from Uttarkashi to reach Gangotri the source of the river ganga which will take about 4 hours. Over night stay in tents near Gangotri.

Day 10 - To Gangotri
This is a day for trekking and local sight seeing, In the morning you leave the site to trek around the area . You will have picnic lunch and then trek back to Gangotri for the night stay.

Day 11 - From Gangotri to Mussoorie
Early in the morning you will leave the site and drive down to Mussoorie, which is known as the Queen of Hill stations in India. You will be staying the night in the hotel where you check in as soon as you arrive at Mussoorie.



Day 12 - Mussoorie to Delhi
This is a day for sight seeing in Mussoorie, walks in the pine scented Happy Valley and the Tibetan Township. Later a short drive to Dehradun and board the train to Delhi. At Delhi you will be received and will get you transferred to the Hotel for the night stay.

Day 13 - Departure from Delhi
You will get dropped either at the airport or at the railway station for your onward destination. The end of your Jeep Safari package tour to Garhwal hills.
