Essel World
Essel World is India's largest amusement park. It is situated in Gorai, Mumbai. The owner of Essel World is Subhash Chandra, who is a member of Essel Group. Located in the north-western part of Mumbai, this park is in a small near a village called Gorai. 
This amusement park spread across 64 acres of land and thus attracts millions of people every year. This park was inaugurated by Subhash Chandra in the year 1986. Then after a water section was also added to this park in 1998 i.e. Water Kingdom in Mumbai. There are nearly thirty four non-water rides in Essel World. This park also have some coin operating games in a particular section of the park.
Essel world is actually consisits of two parks in it. The first one is Essel World proper i.e.non-water rides and the other one is Water Kingdom which consist fo all water rides in Essel World. Essel World is the first amusement park constructed in India. After the few year of 1986, this park was not earning much. But the reconstruction and adding of new rides in 2001 brought a huge success to the company. Also, this is the Asia's Largest theme Park. The company which is holding the working is Essel World is Pan India Paryatan Pvt. Ltd. i.e. PIPPL. The park has already attracted 800 schools and nearly 35% of visitors from outside Mumbai.Entry Tickets in Essel World

One can easily come to Essel World from a private taxi or Car. All you need to do is to follow the Western Express Highway. From there turn left to Kahmira and then the Way Sign to Essel World will guide you. It is just 45 minutes from Kashmira to Essel World.
If you want are coming by train then you need to get down at Malad Station. From there Bus no. 294 will drive you to Gorai where you will find your destiny i.e. Essel World.Essel World Timing
The park is opened in Weekdays from 10am to 8pm
And during Weekends Essel World is opened from 10am to 9pm
