Restaurants can bring themselves into popularity by the feedback of every visiting customer. Customer feedback is very important to describe about the service of a restaurant. Recently I visited Barbecue nation and would like to write a review on it.
Indians are fond of tasting different food. Visiting restaurant and tasting variety of food in different restaurants has become a trend now. A weekend is nothing but a party time for many people and keep their kitchen closed for some time. There are many popular restaurants in Bangalore. Barbecue Nation has a chain of restaurants which started in USA and now arrived in India. It is one of the popular restaurants and anybody you ask will be interested to visit it at least once because of its unique features. This is the restaurant which introduced live grill concept in India.
Recently we visited one of these which is located in Indiranagar. It is one of the best restaurants in Bangalore and also nice place to have a small party with friends and family. It gives mouthful feeling of a great taste. One can not stop tasting different types of starters here. The taste of starters you get here is unique. I am being a vegetarian; I preferred to have only veggies. You can taste variety of starters such as baby corn, mushrooms, potatoes, paneer and other vegetables. Veg kababs taste wonderful. Different types of sauces and flavored oils are provided to put on the appetizers before grilling.
Barbecue means a framework or a fireplace for cooking meat or vegetables over an open fire. As the name suggests there is a grill to cook on every table which makes Barbecue Nation different from other restaurants. All restaurants provide different types of sauces on each table but in Barbecue Nation you will find personalized charcoal grills too.
You will not repent for paying the amount for the quality and tasty food provided though it is expensive. Buffet spread; desserts, drinks and the main course menu are simply superb and unforgettable. Though I did not taste any non vegetarian dish, as per the feed back given by my friends I could say that quality and taste is maintained for non vegetarian dishes too. Great ambience of the restaurant with good and efficient service of the staff makes you feel comfortable. We wish to visit Barbecue Nation again and again.
