Last holiday I visited Australia and I will tell you that Kayaking with Dolphins in Byron Bay is one of the best things we did during that Australia visit. The Kayaking was lovely, we saw both whales and dolphins up close - its a Great experience.
I have also visited Fiji Island, where one can relax and unwind in any one of the world-class spas and beaches there.
Fiji's sunsets are lovely and water is beautifully clear.
